We only collect data that the user voluntarily provides through the contact/demo request form:

• Full name
• Email address
• Phone number (optional)
• Association name (optional)
• Approximate number of members (optional)

3. Purpose of Processing

The data provided is used exclusively to:

• Process the demo or contact request
• Respond to user enquiries
• Send commercial information related to Canopi (only with explicit consent)

4. Legal Basis

Processing is based on the consent of the data subject (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), given by ticking the acceptance checkbox on the form.

5. Data Retention

Data is retained for as long as necessary to handle the request and, in the case of a commercial relationship, for the duration of that relationship plus any applicable legal periods.

6. Recipients

Data is not shared with third parties, except where required by law. We use Make.com as an automation platform to manage internal notifications, acting as a data processor.

7. Your Rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection by emailing hola@canopi.es. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
